Food Processing and Packaging Technology course is much focused on the fundamental concept, theories, principles, techniques and ideas to know about the physical, biochemical and microbiological makeup of the food. At PPCRC the research is focused on issues associated with raw food, harvesting techniques, processing techniques, preservation practices, packaging techniques, and waste management.
